Even though we try to do our best to offer free shipping to the lower 48 connected states of the USA, we may not be able to offer free shipping on ALL products. If a product has free shipping, you will know during checkout as the shipping fee will be $0, otherwise, the cost of shipping will be calculated during checkout.

Shipping to states such as Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, etc DOES NOT QUALITY FOR FREE SHIPPING and will require a representative to assist you, or shipping cost will be calculated during checkout. Please feel free to contact us with any other questions.
All domestic orders will be shipped to the verified billing address associated with the customer’s credit card. In the event that the products need to be shipped to another address, MST Performance USA will verify the transaction with the customer by requesting a screenshot of our transaction on the customers online banking. Similar to how PayPal verifies orders, MST Performance USA has implemented an authorization program that will display a unique code on the credit card transactio details.

We do not ship MST products internationally. We are MST's US based distributor, if you are an international patron, you will need to reach out MST directly as they will have other distributors that are in charge of other countries and territories.

NOTE: Products that were modified in any way, shape, or form (painted, drilled, sanded, cut, etc) are NOT ELIGIBLE for returns. We highly advise that you check the contents (test fit if needed) prior to installation or modification. MST Performance USA offers a 14 day return policy on most items. On eligible returns, a 20% restocking fee will apply, for products that are no longer needed.

Products that are ineligible for return would be custom orders, BMW OEM products, flash tunes, electronics, turbos, and fluids. Again, products that have been installed, modified or damaged are not eligible for return. If a product is damaged, modified or has been installed, the return will be refused, and the customer is responsible for all shipping costs.

Non-fault / "Change-of-mind" Purchases: These are situations where the purchase was made in error, or if the customer simply changed their mind, and MST Performance USA is not at fault. The are also eligible for return/exchange, however the customer is also responsible for all shipping costs including the cost of shipping to the customer from the initial purchase. Refunds (less the shipping amount) will be determined once we receive the goods back to MST Performance USA and everything has been inspected for damage or tampering. Any sign of damage or tampering will make the purchase ineligible for return/exchange and customer will have the choice to take the item back or forfeit the item completely.

Before sending in products for return, please obtain a RMA number by emailing us right away (please include your order # in the email). Products that are sent in for return or exchange without an RMA will become property of MST Performance USA.

All prices are subject to change without notice. In the event that an incorrect price is listed or advertised, MST Performance USA reserves the right to refuse or cancel any orders at the incorrect price.

If a product has a fitment issue, the product is to be returned to MST Performance USA for evaluation. If a fitment issue is confirmed, an exchange will be granted. MST Performance USA strongly urges professional installation on all products. For any fitment related issues, please begin by emailing photos to info@mst-performanceusa.com for evaluation.

As MST Performance USA does not manufacture the parts sold, MST Performance USA assumes no liability for any installation or labor costs the customer may incur in connection with parts purchased from us, even if there was a wrong item received or defective item received. It is the customer’s responsibility to fully inspect all received parts for accuracy and quality before contracting an installation shop to do any labor.

Due to an increase in internet fraudulent charges, MST Performance USA has implemented a fraudulent charge policy. If an issue is to arise with your order, please email us immediately at info@mst-performanceusa.com. MST Performance USA considers credit card charge backs to be fraud if you have made no reasonable effort to work with us to resolve any problems with your purchase.

In the event of a chargeback, a $200 fee will be applied to the customer’s account to cover research and investigation. Filing a chargeback after receiving merchandise is fraud and we will prosecute anybody that attempts or commits fraud against us. By filing a chargeback with your credit company either by mistake or intentionally, the products are no longer eligible for return.

For products that were provided by MST Performance USA, we offer a 60-day guarantee, unless otherwise noted. For products that were provided by the customer, we will do our best to ensure that everything is in proper working order, however, because the parts may be counterfeit, used, broken, a poor fitting brand, and or damaged without us knowing, we do not offer this guarantee on these parts.
